Molly Johnson is a Consultant with AMN’s Physician and Leadership Solutions team, bringing over 10 years of experience in recruiting for academic medicine, non-profit, and state government positions. She specializes in full-cycle recruitment, candidate development, and executive search.
In her role, Molly supports the Academic and Pediatric Practices, focusing on Executive and Physician Leadership searches. She has a proven track record sourcing and securing candidates for critical roles, including Chairs, Division Chiefs, Institute Directors, and other key leadership positions within Academic Medical Centers.
Before joining AMN, Molly served as an Executive Search Consultant at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where she managed the full recruitment process for physician leadership and director-level roles, excelling in sourcing, candidate management, and successful placement.
Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas. Based in Baltimore, Maryland, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family in her free time.
