Charlotte Tinsley has more than 25 years of leadership experience in human resources and retained executive search. She brings an expertise in the healthcare industry, coupled with a strong track record in relationship development, creative strategy, and contemporary project management. Charlotte has successfully recruited and supported senior executives across a diverse client base, including academic medical centers, medical schools, integrated health systems, community hospitals, post-acute care providers, FQHCs, and physician organizations.
Prior to joining AMN Healthcare, Charlotte served as Assistant Vice President at a top-ranked healthcare executive search firm. Earlier in her career, she led executive search engagements for C-suite, Vice President, and Director-level roles across sectors such as financial services, private equity, industrial manufacturing, technology, and consulting—supporting both domestic and international clients. Before entering executive search, she held the role of Legal Administrator for a large regional law firm, where she oversaw Human Resources, Technology, Facilities, Operations, and Risk Management.
Charlotte is certified as a Research Associate by the Association of Executive Search Consultants. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree with Honors from the University of South Florida, with a focus in Human Resources and Business Management. A dedicated community volunteer, she is also a proud graduate of Leadership Tampa Bay.
